I finished the 8th grade last year. This year I went into high school. I personally enjoyed the 8th grade and I didn't think it was hard. Now hard is what u have 2 deal with in high school.

Its not bad at all. I wouldn't be scared because its no different then prior grades, in 8th grade you will learn more advanced things that will prepare you for high school and college. English isn't hard, Civics is straight forward, science could be the most difficult if you struggle in the area, Spanish isn't hard if you already know it and yes you are right when you say PE and Home EC is easy because they are truly simple. Don't worry to much at first it may seem scary but once you get into it and go into 8th grade with an opened mind, listen, and study its easy and will pass before you know it. Just don't do what I did in 8th grade science and set the lab on fire with a Bunsen burner, ouch.

That doesn't seem too hard. Usually 8th grade pre-algebra is pretty easy. The other classes don't seem to bad either. It's not very different than when you moved from 6th to 7th. Just a little harder, but not much.

I won't lie, 8th grade is TOUGH, but you'll pull through. Just stay focused on what matters:

Revenge
Popularity
Perfect Teeth
A Good Shank
A Def Posse
Faculty Bribery
A Fool-Proof Escape Plan
An Intimate Knowledge of Torture And Kidnapping
Revenge
Chuck Norris

Have a good year!

I'm going into 8th grade on Monday too. I'm taking harder classes than you are. I'm just afraid because there are a lot of new kids this year. But don't worry. It'll be fine. Just relax. Good luck!

I used to teach 8th grade. If you do your homework regularly, and show up for school every day, you will not have any trouble. I can already tell that you are smart enough to sail through.
