Well i'm not due to have dinner for hours. Its 10 in the morning here. I've already pulled out dinner though to thaw out.
Chicken meatballs with mashed potatoes (onion mixed through it), steamed vegetables and a chicken gravy.
Banana splits for dessert. I cook and seeing i live alone i get it all to myself mmwwaaahhahahahaha :P

mac and cheese mixed with hamburger plus a few spoons of philadelphia cream cheese added for extra creamy flavor. Yummy. Oh, and greenbeans. Nothing fancy.

Steak, roast potatoes and green beans. My husband and I both cooked it.
