You may benefit from the use of food enzymes. You can find them at your local health food store. You can also apply peppermint essential oil over the abdomen. That works super quick. If your skin is sensitive, dilute it with some massage oil, olive oil, or unscented cream.

I would suggest Papaya tablets as directed or a Digestive Enzyme supplement. This will help digestion and should relieve your problem if that is the cause. Try also taking a tablespoonful of apple cider vinegar with your meals. Insuffiecient acid can cause poor digestion.
If you have a lot of gas (flatulence) this is also a sign of poor digestion.
Simethicone is very useful if you have gas problems

Start taking these two Homeopathic Remedies and you will be well within no time :-) NUX VOMICA 30 and CARBO VEG 30 together half hour before meals ! Nothing works better and totally without any side effects or complications. And these will help in getting rid of your pimples too(I just read your other question) !
Take Care and God Bless you !

Try one of these herbs. They can be mixed or taken separately. I suggest mixing them together for a tea.

Ginger - two or three thin slices of fresh ginger in hot water. Steep for 10 minutes - covered.

Fennel Seeds - eat them or make a tea

Peppermint tea

Chamomile

Basil
