am 21 and about to start college is it going to be the same as if i started when i was 18 i will graduate i will be 25 or 26 will jobs look at me the same as a 21 or 22 yr old grad

I started college at 20 with a 2-year-old. I started graduate school about 5 years later and finally entered the workforce two years after that. No one gave my age a second thought.

It's never too late to start your education.

if anything, jobs will like you because you are older upon graduation (assuming you didn't just jerk off during the 3 year absence). older students tend to be more mature, and have better study/work habits.
