No. I guess you don't understand what it means to be homosexual. You have to have a physical attraction towards members of the same sex. It's not a matter if you perform sodomy.

Even then, it would not make "you" into a lesbian. It would only be that you engaged in a lesbian sex act. Maybe you are, and maybe you aren't. Gay/lesbian is not defiend so much by the sexual act, as by the inner feeling of sexual attraction. You can refrain from same sex acts, but still feeling an inner same sex attraction, and thus "be" gay, even though you did not engage in sex. Or you can engage in same sex acts, even you you feel no attraction to a person of the same sex at all.
