It's neither. Now excessive arguing that is a different story...but let's face it. Every healthy relationship will have some arguing...it is bound to happen. Why? Because a relationship is about two people, with different personalities, viewpoints, etc..coming together and making one life. If you did not have arguments it would be rather boring and pretty mundane...
and again: we will not all agree on one thing all the time now will we?

Depending on the argument, if it is over trivial little things no, but something important then a good argument can actually help, sometimes its then that you find out what the other person really feels about something, and some people can only communicate deep thoughts or feelings that way. Then after the argument at least you know what the problem is and you can then try to communicate on a better level about it and find some resolution/closure etc.

I love a good argument, especially if I win it, lol

It is a good sign. It means that you both have your way of thinking independantly. You should not argue 24/7 but once in a while is perfectly normal and healthy, I think. It's really weird when you see a couple who just don't talk or agree with each other all the time.

Arguing is a good thing.

You don't want to be some p u ss y whipped fool who agrees with everything he/she says.

Of course there are healthy types of arguments and negative ones.

Differences are always good in a relationship.

Good or bad its going to happen. The challenge is learning to argue so you stay on the issue, and resolve it, without attacking and hurting your partners feelings, or without figuratively running and hiding and abdicating a valid position. I was told to settle your arguments before bedtime. I can't do it at times. Try not to address sensitive issues on the way to bed or in bed. But have times when issues can be addressed. We can't put it off forever. I admit it. I am a run and hider. But issues need be addressed and a final decision made. And sometimes nobody is happy. Please! After the decision, No repercussions! It has been decided. It can't go on forever.

It's very good to disagree in a relationship....if you don't, than that means one of you does not have an opinion.
