not feeling so lazy through out the day, were i walk up the next day and don't want to do what i need to do.

as a very active person i can help...First of all i think the best thing to do is begin running and jogging, it seems really hard and you cant go for long at first but within a month you will feel energized and refreshed everytime and within no time you will get good at it..in the summer go swimming, like running swimming works all the bodies muscles in a simple sweat free routine. at the end of the day you have to remember to eat right..that way all you will improve on all the work you do and it will be a positive thing for you..contact me for more info

Start out by promising yourself a treat when you are finished the things you need to do that day. Like a shopping trip, movie, special dinner out, etc. Pretty soon you will have developed a routine where you will feel odd not doing your work before having some fun.

do something awesome like swim a river naked in th ewinter time or likejump off a roof or run up to hill
