Yes. I have 3 and 1 on the way. I feel if I can keep my kids under control, others can too. I really get bothered if I am out WITHOUT my kids and there is a baby running loose in the restaurant and for some reason stops at my table to perform and the parents just grin and wave like its cute.

Well yes, but I wouldn't target my anger towards the child, but the parents would get a piece of my mind. I would also call the children services in the area, because if parents are allowing their children to run around a restaurant, that is child endangerment, anything could happen to them there.

No, the last time I took my Baby to a restaurant, the people were nice at first, then the Baby started acting up.The Patrons one by one started leaving, with Food on their Plate. They were so annoying ,with their rudeness.

Not really. A baby doesn't actually know what it's doing but a 3 year old that would do it repeatedly would piss me off.

Yes and I think parents as a whole should have to take their children out of any enviroment when they begin to act up.

I am wondering how the baby gets close enough to lay one on you? All kidding aside, no I would not get angry with a baby. I might ask the parent to *please* control their kid!
