Here's an important distinction. We all have a six pack. Whether or not you can see your six pack depends on your level of body fat. Women need to be, I think, somewhere under 20% body fat to see their abs. How do you do this? You continue to exercise and change your diet to cut out processed foods, refined sugars, and foods high in sodium. Drink plenty of water and get plenty of rest. Each week you will maintain or build lean muscle while burning fat. Eventually you will see your abs. That said, there are plenty of specific exercises that strengthen your abs and your core so that when you do lose the body fat you will be that much more ripped. Here's a link to Women's Helath Magazine for more info...

Sigh....ok....everyone already has ab muscles. There's just a layer of fat on them. Yes, even if you have a flat stomache, the reason you don't see the indivual muscles is because of a layer of fat. That being understood, if you want to get stronger ab muscles, do more core body workouts.

Belly dancing, pole dancing. That one Mexican chic from dancing with the stars (the really pretty one) claims that dancing (what ever kind she did) gave her the first six pack of her life. Pilates might work too.

sit-ups but not to much and a six pack does help you with your game cause when you spike/serve overhand you have to have arm and stomach muscles to have a good shot.

Sweetie, if a guy is telling you to get a six pack that means you have to loose weight and stop eating too much junk food.

Use a stability ball and do crunches...I played Volleyball for years and it really helps to have a solid core.
