The best I have found is to scrape as much as possible. Then get a cup, bleach and flour. Mix the bleach and flour to make a paste and spread a thick layer and let it sit till its almost dry. Go watch TV or something. Wash it down and repeat from time to time to keep control of it. Bleach works best and the flour keeps it concentrated on the area. Also, vent the room.

Sunlight, open window---ventilation or bathroom fan and reduce relative humidity(keep between 35%-50%).

Bleach does NOT kill mould(Mold). All it does is bleaches it white and the mould goes into a dormant stage. The mould will reappear when the relative humidity, temp and moisture return.

If it's in the caulk, you may have to scrape it out and recaulk. You can try bleach first to see if it works, it not, then the mold is under the caulk and you need to tear out the caulk, spray with bleach and then redo it. I am in the process right now!

Before you can effectively remove mould from a shower, mould would first have to be existing in your shower. But before it can exist there, it must first exist, period.

If using bleach and other harsh chemicals doesn't get rid of it, you should call a mold surveyor. If you are renting your house, then your rental agency should offer a mold inspection for free.
