art is whatever you think art could be. If we could define art by certain standards it wouldn't be art anymore, because art must be the true and free expression of the human being. So u name it....art is anything and everything that stimulates a discussion..

Hi. Thank you for the question. They say that art is in the "eye of the beholder". I guess that means we can all decide what art is for ourselves. But I think art is any effort a person makes to say something to the rest of us. It can be in words, like poetry, or music, or painting. It is the person's effort to communicate. To say what they feel. I bet you are an artist. I think you are trying to communicate with the rest of us. I know you have a lot to say. I hope people are listening. I am.

anything that expresses the artist and the artist calls art, it can be anything from traditional art such as a painting or as non-traditional as a fork bent weirdly
