How old is he? Is he showing signs that he might be Anorexic, such as refusing too eat, preoccupation with his weight, obsessive calorie counting and excessively exercising? If he is under 15, his weight may well be fine, or he may just naturally have a high metabolism. HTH : )

My husband was super skinny in high school but he ate a lot and played lots of sports, according to his mom and pictures. He was skinny when I met him in college and not until after having our first child did he actually gain a lot of weight. Monitor his eating habits and see if he's lethargic, that should let you know.

It can be perfectly normal. I'm 6'4" and under 140 lbs. I have been to the doctor and have been told it is just a high metabolism.

He is on the thin side. Talk with him about it. If you think there really is a problem, then go to a doctor.

Good luck!
