Studies show that women think they are heavier than they really are and men think they are lighter.
Our Society projects unhealthy and unrealistic ideals of beauty. Very few women are 5'10" and less than 125 pounds.
You probably look fine, but if you really want to lose weight, then it requires a lifestyle change. This means there is no quick fix. Your life must change forever. If you cannot make this commitment, then you will gain back the weight you lost and probably gain even more.
There is no secret to losing weight. Reduce calories taken in and increase calories burnt. Exercise and diet, together, work best. You should diet and exercise with other people. It is harder to skip the run when your partner is waiting. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat less red meat. Reduce the amount of fat and salt you consume. Don't follow any fad diets. You must be dedicated and stay with the program.
I'm not telling you anything new. You already know these things. You just need to take that first step.
Good luck!

I would advise seeing a nutritionist, or if that's not affordable, there are several diet sources online that can help you find out the number of calories you should be consuming per day and also provide nutritious meal information. Also, exercise is EXTREMELY important - find a type of exercise that you enjoy and do it 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes. There's no big secret here - cut back on your calories, eat more lean meat, veggies, fruit, whole grains, limit your sugar intake, and exercise. You can do it!

start with a goal in mind, habit changes, eating healthier and better and working our 3-5 times a week to get to where you want. do what the Europeans do-and i am an European so here is my advice: eat in moderation, take the stairs vs. the elevator, drink lots of fluids, and if you can, walk as much as you can because it does not seem like exercise. besides that, use extra virgin olive oil, cut down on the dressings for salads, and just walk or work out-do both cardio and weights since that is the fastest way to shrink and get muscle.
remember that 1 pound of fat=3500 calories that you need to burn to lose that 1 pound.

How much do you weigh and how tall are you, there is no point us giving you advice if you are already thin enough and don't need to lose weight. HTH.
