The character was Johnny Tyler ( the mad cap) played by Billy Bob Thornton. " A man dont have to go heeled to get the goods on a tub of lard like you"

Since the question has already been answered, I'll just add that this is one of my favorite Westerns EVER. The dialogue was just phenomenal, as were several of the performances (is Sam Elliott EVER not great?)

My only problem with the film was with the casting of the gal who played the actress Wyatt falls for...they couldn't have found more of a BABE for that role???

I know it was a poker game and Wyatt(Kirk) pulled this guy out of his chair



Alzheimers is really terrible....I can see what is going on I just can't think of the person...sorry

Billy bob, that was a great scene, are you gonna skin it or just sit there and bleed. There are alot of qoutable lines from that (I ll BE YOUR huckleberry). or (your a daisey if ya do). both great val kilmer scenes.
