I bought something called Dressups by Brenda at www.dressupsbybrenda.net. Just like the other who answered this question, they are really pretty. I bought a Dallas Cowboy set. I also have Batman and Fireflys. Next, I'm going to get Monsters, Inc. just because I loved the movie!
They really DO make a difference!

I'm assuming that you're talking about the CPAP machine that she uses while sleeping.
I guess I'm wondering why it's physical appearance bothers you so much. It's not like you should be spending hours and hours in bed looking at it - hopefully you're sleeping. It seems like more of a mental thing than an actual problem - like I said, most of the time you'd be sleeping - and it really doesn't matter what it looks like.
I suppose if it really bothers you that much - you could see about your wife having sleep apnea surgery - but I wouldn't tell the doctor your reason - because you think the CPAP machine is ugly - he'd either laugh in your face - or possibly have you committed.
Honestly - your wife has to wear this thing on her face at night so she can get enough oxygen - and you're whining about how it looks.
I'd just say deal with it.

My father has one of those. I also saw a girl on a sit com who wears one, as well.
Try some colorful stickers. By the time you get tired of the look, they will have fallen off and you can try something different.
They have some websites for people who use those machines, with chat rooms and message boards. Perhaps you can find something there.

my mother in-law has sleep apnea and she actually made covers for the hose on her machine. when she took her machine into the sleep apnea clinic, they saw the covers and a few months later they were selling them!
you could try calling up sleep apnea clinics to find out if they sell any, if you wanna try taking up sewing then i guess you could make her some too!

I know the feeling! I have Sleep Apnea, too. I found some really cool covers at www.dressupsbybrenda.net. I bought the "Play Ball Charlie Brown." It is soooo cute.Next, I'm getting the new one "King Tut." You can see these at 360, too.

Go to the mall and find a sewing craft store. Buy a yard of whatever material catches your eye. Buy some Velcro too. Take everything home and start sewing!

well I think worrying about the look of the machine when your wife is depending on it to keep her breathing & therefore alive is pretty pathetic
there are much bigger issues in life to be concerned about
