a big "no" for carmelo. imho, he'll probably be the best player on his team, but not a super star.
wade is pretty good, but if you look at that type of player (medium height, fast, cutting to the basket, no 3pt shooting,) they don't last very long. they are just one knee injury away from being 2nd rate (e.g steve francis.) he's great now, but speed is something that doesn't heal.
lebron though has it all: height, inside game, outside shooting, passing, leadership, rebounding, etc. etc. etc. and, he's improved every single year he's been in the league. he hasn't plateaued yet. imho, once the numbers are in, i think he's going to have Jordanesque numbers, if not better.
[edit] my nomination for future superstar: Dirk Nowitzki (although you could argue he's a superstar now.) Almost a perfect game, the only thing he needs is to grow some balls and run people over. He gets intimidated on offense and defense and other players take advantage of that.

Well Lebron James is the most talented of the group, Dwyane Wade is the most improving, he HAS a 3 point shot now! ^^^, Carmelo aint getting any credit, the guy hits 70% of his clutch winning shots and is a geart player, he was fantastic at the worlds, Lebron is the long term future being only 21, Wade is the best right now at what he does, Carmelo is rising fast, an All - Star berth is upon him.
WHAT ABOUT CHRIS PAUL??????????? HE IS THE BEST POINT GUARD SINCE MAGIC WITHOUT A DOUBT!!!

The future is going to be whoever wins. I am a Pistons fan and was really getting sick of seeing the witness commercials but after game 7 you didn't see anyone them and then all you saw was the fall down 7 times get up 8 wade commercials. Jordan was a hype in the late 80's but not until he was winning when they really upped the ante. Say for instance the hornets start winning alot then Chris Paul will be the supposed future. ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY. SADLY.

Both Wade & Lebron. Carmelo is a very good player, not superstar material though.
(For those who feel height is everything in a ball player, I have to words for you: Isaiah Thomas. Yes, the Hall of Famer with THREE CHAMPIONSHIP RINGS!!!)

Lebron James, by far. He carried a cellar team to the playoffs. If he had the supporting cast that Wade had in Miami, Lebron would be the Finals MVP.

Drop Carmello out of the equation and I think you get 2 direct runners for the 07 MVP... Lebrons desire will be high as the next best thing since MJ isnt looking like him to much anymore... DWAde is one up and being fair I dont know who will get MVP but I hope one of them Wade or Lebron get it
