Let me tell ya.. I used drink 7 bottels of water a day and it didn't do any thing for me.

Never use products with alcohol in them because the alcohol dehydrates your skin which makes you sweat more and that means more pimples

I hate to brag... but i have gorgeouse skin. I follow a a simple regimine. I only do this at night because i think twick a day is too much. First wash your face with Olay Daily Facials Clarity Daily Scrub everyday. Buy on of those facial scrub brushes that you can get and getly scrub in a circular motion. Every 2-3 days use Olay Daily Facials Clay Mask (-tip: use warm water to rinse it off).

Olay products work best and smell really good. Withink a week you will see crearer skin.

Well i hope you decide to try this and good luck! xoxo

I agree if your acne is as bad as you say it is then you should see a dermatologist. It'll be worth the money. Maybe you can get it covered under insurance if you find a glitch. The acne hurts your face, zits get stuck to pillow when you sleep or something even if you're lying just to get the visit for free. (I was raised in the ghetto) LOL. Drinking lots of water can't hurt either.

Go to the dermatologist. My brother had really bad acne and nothing worked 4 him but the stuff from the Dr and an antibiotic.

What really works for hard core acne is Phisoderm facial wash(2x a day) combined with Queen Helenes Mint Julep mask once a week! It works for me. I also use Mario Badescu's drying lotion to pin point certain zits...Leave it on all those little buggers over night and they are shrunken or gone by morning. My face is rid of zits after all this work but it becomes dried out so I rub Mario Badescu's aloe facial moisturizer on my face. Oh and I don't waste my time looking for them in stores I just purchase them in one shot from drugstore.com and MarioBadescu. com...They are usually out of stock in stores.

Retin A or Retinol is really good for acne. A good over the counter source of retin a is on Philosophy.com it is a cream (pretty expensive but worth it) ...called HELP ME. Good Luck!...the cream works for antiagind too!!!

dry it with powdered oatmeal and then use a product called seabreeze to deep kill the germ now the acne comes from the zits and from your sinuses where it lives so mild washes five times a day and then nasal irrigation with salt water will kill the germs for the acne vulgaris
