How much time should you allow to lose 15 LBS?

Whats a good workout for losing weight on spare time?

I always though about 3 weeks but i could be wrong...

How many hours/minutes/miles should you run in a day for training?

I know in practice we use to run alot but i haven't played in a while.

I wrestled in high school. I was captain. Wrestling is a tough sport. I remember practice being so f.ing hard.
Losing weight:

you can easily do 5 pounds a week. The biggest part will be controling your diet.Here's a quick diet plan.

breakfast.6am
total cereal , skim milk
w/ banana

snack 10 am:

2 pieces of fruit

lunch 12-1pm

tuna sandwich on 100% whole wheat
tuna made w/ brown mustard & relish salt and pepper. You can substitute smoked turkey breast lunch meat.

salad or fruit.

snack 3pm

you guessed it, fruit

dinner 5-6pm

I highly recomend frozen microwavable dinners from either South Beach Diet, Lean Cuisine, or Weight Watchers. They all have small portions and that my friend is the key.If you are still hungry, have a lettuce and tomato salad.

this is important! Do not eat after 9pm. You can see this is not a starvation diet. If you're eating the right foods, in the right portions, you can eat all day.But because you're going to be working out, you'll need your energy.

The Workout:

To be efficient in working out, you want try and have two workouts in one day. This is called 2-a-days. This is the fun part. You can pick any two activities you want. For instance, two mile run before school and lifting weights in the afternoon. Or you can swim 20 laps in the morning and play basketball w/ your friends after school. You want to have at least three 2-a-days a week. you want to run 3 times a week.You want to lift weights 3 times a week. You want to get into the water 2-4 times a week. trash bags like an hour before u wrestle u lose so much sweat and pounds it is hard u feel like throwing up.
