I am looking to register a business in Canada. I was hoping to shed some light on the issue. Here is what I have:

1. What is needed to register a Business in Canada?

2. Is Saskatchewan a good place to register a business as any from a Tax perspective among other considerations. My employees will be on the clients site and so the location does not matter.

3. What resources are available to SBAs especially?

These are some initial questions I had.

I appreciate your input.

Saskatchewan's most recent provinical budget made it a MUCH more attractive place in which to do business. In some way, it's supposedly even better than Alberta, tax-wise.

For details, contact the Regina Regional Economic Development Agency. Don't have the URL,but Google or Yahoo Search should find it pronto.
