I make sure to give them a few things to 'play' on. They love to climb, jump and twist all around. Any large rocks are a plus because they help to keep their feet trimmed down, the same for gravel, oh boy do they love gravel. Keep it in a huge tall pile and let them flatten it out, they love laying in it too.

Any large tires, stumps, even old slides. We use to have a wooden slide and when the whole swing set got old we kept the slide part and left it with the goats. They slept on it, under it, all over it. I have a trampoline out there with them. Yeah, imagine that. Only the young ones are strong enough to jump on top of it, but they love it as a shade when they age. I would be careful of the springs though.

Any hand made dog houses with the compostition roofing, they will play on it all day, my older girls still do and that will keep their feet trimmer as well. I found they love to jump into and off of my truck. They have a ball. I would suggest finding an old run down body of one and leaving it out there, sure it may look a bit trashy, but who cares? The goats love it.

The kids love to chase and 'try' to stand on balls. We had a soccer ball out there and they played with it a lot and butted it as well. Even make a ramp leading to a narrow walkway and let them balance on it. They like to fight off others, like king of the hill.

Hope that gives you a few ideas.

I raised goats for 10 years and I found that they liked climbing on things best. If you put old tractor tires (these are best because they're big) in the yard where the goats hang out, they will climb and stand on it. You can also build platforms and such things for them to climb, stand and sleep on.

As far as things for them to actually play with, mine usually found their own "toys" in their environment - baling twine, pieces of paper, plastic bottles, etc. Actually, empty gallon plastic jugs seem to amuse some goats.

Hope this helps.

My goats LOVE to cilmb on things so we put logs and stuff in her pen. They also like to hide in things so they will be more entertained with a large old box then a exspensive toy. They might like a jolly ball to butt around. Mostly they will entertain themselves as long as they have a friend.

My goats just liked to climb and jump on and off stuff. Give them a big wooden box or a couple old tires and they are happy.
I use to set up ramps , big tree stumps and big 3 sided wooden crates (so they could get inside the crate) for the kids...they had a ball.

The're goats. As a former goat herder I can tell you that if you give them plenty of food and water thats all they care about. any attempts to give them "toys" will result in those toys being ignored.

Give the goat the pieces. Gonna eat it anyway.

Hang a baby doll from a tree. Let him "butt" it.
