My father passed away when I was 11. I'm 15 now. The majority of people I know are children. In a way, it helps you mature, simply because, you have to be the "Man of the House."

Never knew my father ... I had to the 'man of the house' when my brother left home (I was 8), but personally, having or not having a father has nothing to do with how/when/or why a boy starts being man like ... that is all based on the individual and their surroundings.

having a father in the house has nothing to do with a boy not being a man .every kid i know that was raised with only a mother became very successful I've also seen trouble makers but that is the parents fault for not showing them discipline.

1--i didn't had a father to be with me when i was small.
it affected me. becose a mother can be just a mother.
in my family, we are 10. 6 sisters and 4 brothers.
but all of us stayed with mom.
my father, he cheated my mom.

2--but i think i understand your question.
yes.
becose i didn't had a father, i had to work just by my self.
i had problems in school, but we were united in my family( the kids)
and when i had problems, my brothers helped me.
i'm nr 10 in my family.

it all depend on your age... a smart man would finish his education before anything else... stay in school...get a decent job...break that link of fatherless children.... be a man..take responsibilities
