I have enjoyed all of them. However the first one has been the most profound. I don't think this was necessarily because it was the best, but rather I was still quite young, and not as critical nor cynical then. With the passage of time apparently my level of plausible acceptance has diminished.

Return of the Jedi...no question about it.
One word- EWOKS!!! They are the cutest wittle thangs! I just want to hug one of them and maybe brush his fur...

And I was so happy to finally see Vader unmasked (I saw this b4 the Phantom Menace mess...)

I really can't stand the new trilogy at all . The original is far better....

I'd have to say "The Empire Strikes Back". The original, non-screwed up version. To me, it's really the most exciting, and there's so much plot development.

I also really enjoy "A New Hope".

Empire. It's like the second act of a play, which is usually the best act. Had the best acting, best locations, and best story out of the original three.

Empire Strikes Back. Read Roger Ebert's review. Otherwise if you don't know I'm not going to tell you because you have a lot of learning to do.

The original (which I guess is now known as Episode IV) was the only one that I found remotely interesting.

3-5, because George Lucas directed those and he did the right job on it. 1,2, and 6 were kinda poorly done, but I have my respects for 6.

Jedi.

I haven't seen the new trilogy, and the other two of the first set weren't near as good.
