I have a hydrox reactor that can produce 2.8liters of Hydrox (hydrogen 66% and Nitrogen33%). What size internal combustion engine will this run?

2.8 liters is less than a gallon. So unless you can get like 100 miles to the gallon it wont go very far. But you should be able to run any internal combustion engine suited for running on nitrogen with that for a limited time.
