I personally don't think that immigrants should be allowed to collect welfare, or any other benefits, unless they become a citizen of the US. Go back to your own country. We have enough deadbeats to pay for out of our taxes!

All pregnant women have the right to receive prenatal care and assistance if they need it. Do what's right and healty for your child. Call your local health department. Imigrants as far as I know ARE elligible.

To apply for WIC you need to go to your nearest Department of Family and Children services.
