France or Italy???
People say Italy because they won the World Cup....
People say France because they won a meaningless group stage qaulifying game...
How can anyone know? Each team has gone through changes.
((i am a French fan)) and i still hate the italian soccer team

I don't know nothin' 'bout soccer, but I have been to (lived in for years, not just a vacation) Italy and France, and I MUCH prefer Italy. The people are nicer, and everything is just better.

I will still consider Italy to be the stronger team, but there have been such dramatic changes since Donadoni began coaching the Italians, there is no reason to compare both matches like that. Also, a team is more motivated to win as the tournament progresses; Euro 2008 qualifying has just begun, and the Italians may have felt that there would be plenty of other opportunities later on to qualify for the Euro 2008 anyway. But, since Italy did play very wonderfully and didn't dive just to receive penalty kicks (yes, I know you're thinking of the Round of 16, but there is video proof that Grosso really was tripped), I remain on the Italian side.

Italy. France didn't play our best team. France is still a good team. Like I said, in this match they were the better of the 2 and I had underestimated them.

I dont understand how people hate our team! Jealousy maybe.. but they have the best personality's out of every soccer team!
and their funny!
Italy is just amazing and talented.. it doesnt matter how many world cup's they won! their talented,hot,amazing,nice.. thats what makes them better/the best!
