He meant natural rights lol. Like you have the right to have your own space and stuff like that. You shouldn't have something taken away from you by somebody else because its yours. Like if you have a computer and your parents want to kick you off, if you paid for it then (if you're over 18) they legally can't. Kind of a bad example, but it's hard to explain.

it means that because man is an animal and he is part of nature. Nature grants him some Natural rights.
