Depends where I was sitting on the bus - if I'm at the back and there are other seats available then no, not for anyone. Someone at the front of the bus should give up their seat first, if that happens to be me then I would do so. I once stood near the front of a bus for the best part of a hour because there were no free seats and these pregnant women kept getting on the bus (or women with children), no joke!

Bearing in mind I am disabled and use a walking stick, and still struggle, people rarely give up a seat for me, as other than this I "look" relatively healthy, so I rarely travel on tubes, as if I don't get a seat, I am apt to collapse, however, I would still give up my seat for a pregnant lady or a pensioner. Or even a woman carrying a small child. I may have to get off the train and wait for the next one, as on occasions I have given up my seat, despite my stick and my disability, no one has offered me a seat. Quite often though doing the non-British thing of speaking aloud helps, like "I can't give up my seat because as you can sea I am disabled, so would one of you more able bodied gentlemen get up and let this heavily pregnant lady sit down". Usually works.

I would absolutely and definitely give up my seat for a:
Pregnant lady
Senior citizen
Disabled person male or female
Any lady with a dozen kids in tow or holding a baby
I would also offer to hold any bulky items for the person having to stand up next to me if they didn't want my seat.'

Nothing. I'm the bus driver and we dont have a commercial train system in Jamaica. But as a passenger it would be pregnant women, persons with small children and senior citizens

Only if they offered me some greenbacks. You get paid if a flight is overbooked and they need to take your seat for someone else. They even pay for a room and transportation for you. You better believe I am not giving up a seat on a bus just because someone asked me to. There better be something in it for me.
