Not ergonomic. I can't get used to the ergonomic ones anyway and keep rearranging things to be more awkward. Right now I'm working in a bakery and it's fairly ergonomic except that I'm too short for the counters and have to hold my hands awkwardly or stand on a stepstool.

It's as ergonomic as possible, but it could be better. I think mainly it's because I lean into the desk to operate my mouse on the mousepad, which is insufficiently cushioned to allow me to operate the mouse without putting excess pressure upon my wrist as it rests on the pad. Of course, as a fibromyalgic, I also have a much lower threshold of pain than others.
