very little...i am two months as well...congrats...there are tons of websites which show pictures and describe what is going on week by week ivillage is one...babycenter is another

Heart is functioning
Eyes, nose, lips, tongue, ears and teeth are forming
Penis begins to appear in boys
Baby is moving, although the mother can not yet feel movement

Its probably not even a baby yet. I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks and it was a sac with a heartbeat.

Go to i village .com and hit pregnancy. you will get alot of info from month to month. I did and it was very helpful.
