Check Wal-Marts pattern section under fantasy for kids. They have a decent aselection for Disney inspired characters.

the hardest thing I can think of on the snow white costume is the "corset" which could easily be red ribbon glued or sewn in in a criss cross pattern that does not have to function. Otherwise it is a yellow ankle or floor length skirt and a red and blue cute top...throw in some whaite base shirt for upper chest and sleeves if you wish your child to be protected from trick or treat wind in the dark.

It doesn't even need to be one piece...make a skirt with an elastic band for the waist and the top 2 inches longer than the waist for cover factor. Give it a zipper in the back and voilla the kid can have a good night with an overseweetened tummy.

I don't know if this will help, but, Simplicity makes a Snow White costume to sew. If you are able to do that, and can but sheep fabric it is a fairly simple project. the number is 7735 made by Simplicity. It is a Walt Disney costume. I made it a few years ago for my daughter.

The easiest thing would be to go to a place like Goodwill. They have all kinds of formals and wedding dresses for really cheap prices. Get the dress and then add maybe a colored satin sash or jewels and a crown. Voila - Snow White!!!!

Okay it looks like she has got simple enough clothes.
A yellow full skirt and a blue peasant blouse with red insert on the sleeves and a bow in her hair.
I bet you could go to walmart and simplicity has the pattern for you to make at home. As a matter of fact go here and check it out yourself.

Joann Fabrics or other sewing stores sells the pattern for that costume, but instead of sewing it, you can use iron-on fusible tape, fabric glue, or even heavy duty staples if you can't sew.
