She probably adores you and is trying to emulate you, that is not such a bad thing unless you are not the type of person that should be emulated.
Maybe you could work out a deal with her, you will spend certain days and times with her, doing things with her and other times she will give you a little space.

Depends how young she is. I got a 3 year old cousin that annoys the hell outta me all the time even if I ignore him. So there's nothing u can really do. Just keep ignoring her. And go somewhere where she isn't, So u not have to worry bout her annyoing u.

Try hanging around her and sticking by her side non-stop. She'll eventually think you're annoying her and need some alone time and will leave you alone.
