Everyone's favourite playground is the Hunter, but how do you decide which to go to? Too many to mention but worthy of note are the following:
Champagne - Look no further than Peterson's the master of method champagnoise, you will be delighted by the experience, friendliness and knowledge of the winemakers, kick off here in the morning for tasting some sublime champagnes, from 100% SB to Rose (divine) and the traditional blend Pinot Noir, Chardonany and Pinot Menier. An excellent restaurant is attatched.
Peacocks - Meet Rufus, the wonderdog mascot! He actually won an award for 'meet n greet' skills from Wine Selectors! He barks a lot but its all huff n puff, whilst the husband and wife team will tell how they found and rescued him from being killed by a Kangaroo. They will take you through their wines with passion, do try the shiraz Rose, slightly sweet side, but totally addictive and oh the colour!!
Moorebank - A family run vineyard, based in Lovedale who are approached from people all over Australia due to their dedication to the environment and organic viticulture. A very small vineyard with productions of 300 barrels of less. They create very memorable wines which can only be purchased at the cellar door. The 2005 Semillion is unreal! Arguably 2005 was best year for Semillion In the Hunter for nearly 40yrs and with this award winning vineyard you can be sure its going to be magic in a bottle if left for 10yrs, when the wine will change into honeyed, fuity tones, golden in colour...or if you like fragrant, light, slightly acidic styles and can't wait drink now! Oh and try the sticky desert wine his snowboarding son makes (especially for the asian market). A whole ginseing root was emersed for 48hrs...so if you need a bit of a kick start to get out and explore the rest of NSW this baby will do it for you!! Need a bit more sustinance? try their home made jams and preserves.

As the other poster said, as long as they fund it themselves. Hopefully Rudd will change the school funding legislation so that we aren't also funding all those rich Catholic schools. I think it's ludicrous we spend so much funding on private Catholic schools when the public schooling system is in urgent need of drastically increased funding. grabbinit - The 'Australians' didn't move in, the British did. And name me another country where the original inhabitants are still the sole occupants. Blaming the current generation for the mistakes of previous generations is stupidity.

There is a little beach called Elizabeth Bay. It's near Boomerang Beach in Pacific Palms. If you're in to adventure, there is an ABSOLUTELY beautiful rock climb that takes you from Elizabeth Beach to Shelly Beach. In the middle there's a little pool between the rocks and in summer in becomes so warm it's like a still spa. An experience that isn't easy to forget. Accommodation can be found at Moby's Retreat, which is only 10 minutes away. You can get a self-contained little villa with a BBQ and deck for next to nothing if you get the right deal. They have an awesome restaurant, pool, gym, tennis court... It's the perfect long weekend.

Enjoy!

You must go up to South West Rocks for a few days. It is 5-6 hours north of Sydney just south of Coffs Harbour and is a little gem. Take your fishing rod, surfboard and 4wd and head down onto one of the endless beaches for some serious relaxation. there is an amazing old jail up on the headland at Arakoon (20 mins from Sth West Rocks) which has an interesting history as well as breathtaking views.
Also head up to the lighthouse in whale watching season!

What do you mean by undiscovered? No place like that exists.

But there are many wonderful tourist attractions and your boss has a lot of options to choose from.

You have to go to the lighthouse at Ballina(9 hr drive nth of Sydney) Beach where the Richmond River meets the ocean. Then take a drive down south to Yamba or north to Byron (Watego's Beach)
