Nick, you have approximately 6 to 7 weeks in the previous returning to college. you would be no longer undemanding pressed to lose a pound or 2 using 3 to 5 miles an afternoon. Fasting will purely bring about weight income. no longer eating any junk foodstuff will do much greater for weight help than fasting and a trivial experience around the block. you will no longer get a flat abdomen except you burn greater than a number of energy and strengthen muscle communities.

do this every two days to give your muscles a chance to relax and strengthen

stretch in all the ways you know especially targetting your abdomen

do sit ups. start with 100 the first week (sets of 25). do 200 the next week, etc.

lie down and lift your legs in the air keeping them together and pointed and bring them down, but don't touch the floor with them. do 100 and with sets of 25. do 200 the next week, etc.

check yoga and pilate ab workouts on the net or in books

watch out it will be painful in that area for about a week!

AND....have fun, add some music while you do this

bye

Okay, to start off, you have to eat good food. The food will give you the energy you need when working out.

Once you are fueled, you'll need to exercize. You should do crunches and leg lifts every other day. Muscles will get harder only if you give them time to heal after you rip them.(yes, you do rip them while you exercise, but thats how they grow.) On that every other day, just go for a jog or run.
