I am sorry this happened to you but now is the time to make an important decision.
He has been your boyfriend for circa 6 years and now he has your ex-girlfriend pregnant?
Hmm. Think about it. They both lied to you, deceived you in the most terrible way, and you still don't know if you should let them be together. Yes they should be together. They deserve each other. They would make a perfect pair. Two liars together.
As for you. Treat yourself with respect and have dignity. You have a child and you will find someone who appreciates you without cheating on you and maybe potentially infecting you with a disease.
He can still be a father to your child but that should be the extend of the relationship.
Of course nobody can tell you what to do and ultimately you must make your own decision but he will do this again.

What do you mean if YOU should LET them be together????
That's NOT your decision! And even IF it was... why on earth would you want a cheating liar like that????
Once a cheater, always a cheater!
Move on, but just be sure to get child support out of him.

If they want to be together then you should not interfere. Just make sure he pays for the child you have together. He needs to pay for half of all the expences of the child. He seems to be digging a hole he is going to regret. Dont put yourself in his hole.

He sounds like a real winner. So does she. Avoid both of them. But be sure to get child support.

Okay, you have an everybody loses situation.
Your boyfriend is not good for you or your child. You will not be able to trust him. So unless you're into polygamy you need to break-up.

You need to decide whether you want this person to still be part of you and your childs life........once you make that decision let him do as he pleases....really if you decide to stay with him do you think you could trust him again.
if you decide to give him the flick who cares what he does. and if your best friend is happy to have him....well really she is no friend at all.

You can sure pick them. Dump the guy, he will never do you any good. Raise your child, and don't date until your child is 18.
