my teacher says integrity is doing something good even if no one is watching like for example a stop light you can run it even thought the cops but you no its the wrong thing to do

so what do you think about integrity wat does it mean to you

Your teacher provided a good example. "Integrity" is all about knowing that you're doing right by yourself and others, and not just taking from others simply because the opportunity is there.

It has more than two meanings: one dealing with a physical property of things and one dealing with how a person behaves.
Doing the right thing even if you do not benefit from it.

Integrity is more than that. In a sense I understand what she means, but what she is really referring to is character.
Integrity influences what kind of character you have.
It means being honest as well as being a person of your word. It means being trustworthy and loyal.

I have learned that integrity also involves standing up to authority when they try to pressure you into doing something that is morally wrong.
