She's still the same person that she was before you knew she was a lesbian. So long as she knows that you don't bat for her team then nothing should change. She'll probably need the support of a friend after coming out. What you need to ask is what kind of friend are you?

Yeah act the same. One of my friends was gay and everyone knew, but he would never come out and i was still there for him even though many abandoned him. They are still people.
