what are the 6 methods of characterization?

1. The author tells us all about the character.
2. We learn about the character from what other characters tell us.

3. We learn about the character from his/her own actions.
4. We learn from what the character him/herself tells us about him/herself.

These are the four I am familiar with. I'd be interested to know what the other two are.
