They produce their goods the same way any other country does. They grow food (agriculture) and make things (manufacturing).

Huh? What do you mean? Canada produces lots of "goods", what are you looking for. They make steel, oil, cars, maple syrup, hockey sticks, lots of agriculture---I have no clue what you mean.
