Oatmeal!

Yeah, I know it sounds gross, but I know from personal experience that it works really well. You take some oatmeal and grind it in the food processor and then add a little warm water until it get to a paste like consistency and then you put it on where ever you have the acne and then wash it off when it dries. It dries out your skin, and I don't recommend using it alot unless you have very oily skin... but using a thin coating in the morning and evening for the week should help stop and prevent bad breakouts... I also sugest washing your face very often (but don't be harsh and scrub it too much) and use just regular soap and drinking lots and lots of water.

It worked for me, so maybe it will work for your friend! If she doesn't like this, then she could probably try either proactive or something from the doctor, but this is a free solution, and it's really good for the envirornment and everything... and that's always good.

Thanks for the two points!

Drink a ton of water, wash face with an acne product, and put on an acne cream. Do not scrub your face because it can irritate it and make things worse.
