are quick to judge others before they have even opened their mouths???? i like to really get to know people from all walks of life, without judging them...............

It is a bad trait that most human beings have. We get a first impression and take people at face value. If you see someone dressed shabbily with a wine bottle in a brown paper bag are you sure you would not have judged him before he opens his mouth ?

Sounds like the difference between my mother and I. I don't judge people on looks or what they do, it's all in who they are. And you can never really know someone unless you try to get to know them. I think it's partially in what we are taught to believe and see as good and bad. American society is bad about portraying a role or what someone should look ro act like. The fact of the matter is, we are all different, but all equal. It doesn't matter what you wear, what color you are, or where you come from; all that matters is you are you! Because some people think that people are not good or not worthy because they are not like them..They will judge people on appearances or ways of life saying they are not normal.But normal doesn't exist...normal is just an Idea...but in the end what is normal for you isn't necessarily normal for me and so...I don't judge people ever. Everyone is equal in rights and dignity.

I try to be like you and have an open mind for everyone I meet but sometimes you just cant help it, being like I am, I have to be wary of ppl as a lot are not as tolerant as you.
