Sure, a miserable optimist, why not?

You can be grumpy because of your current situation. You feel like everything in your life is going in the wrong direction.

But, you are still optimistic that the good days are going to come one day. Everything in your life will change to the better eventually.

You are optimistic even though you have lots of problems 'cause you have faith that everything in life happens for a reason even the bad things, and you know for sure that God is testing your faith and he will make things better for you.

I know a very good friend of mine who is in the same state as yours.

Cheer up and always be optimistic :)

Seems like a contradiction to me, how can you be so high spirited and be down in thedumps and be mad at the same time, unless you have split personality problems. You aren't schizoid are you?
