I get about seven quality hours of sleep

I get 3 yes three hours sleep every night, Price of working two jobs, and training, But sunday is rest day, sleep for like 16 hours
But I see it this way, If your hungry....eat, If your Tired...Sleep. If your horny.....CALL ME

You should get eight hours straight of sleep each night.
If you are not getting that, then this may be the reason you are so sleepy during the day.

Go to your doctor.

Try to have a hemoglobin check up. I felt like that before and it was found out that I was anemic.

If you are a teenager, that is normal.. I slept a lot too.. If you are an adult, ask your dr to make sure nothing is wrong.. You never know..

You are probably bored. Idle time makes you feel really tired if you're not doing anything. If that isn't it, maybe you're anemic? Maybe you're dehydrated?

Seems you need to change your diet. Start eating healthier, take vitamins also.
