I think this is a trick question cause I don't remember reading anywhere in the bible that there was two animals not in Noah's Ark.

Logically, they may or may not have been part of the five animals not on Noah's Ark. Nice question, you almost had me till one of the other answer's clued me.
What 2 animal species (question mark) would be a precise way to learn the Bible says all species.

I don't think there were mixed breed animals I think they were full bloods that afterwords down through the years inter bred.

I know there were no genetically engined ones either.
