The PCI System Management Bus appears to be part of the Intel chipset drivers.

The original drivers will be on a CD that came with the computer.

You could look for updated drivers on the Intel website.
Identify the chipset:

My guess is your system will be too old for using the identification utility so you will need to identify the motherboard using the BIOS string.

Identifying the motherboard:
http://support.intel.com/support/mot.../CS-010687.htm
The motherboard model number will contain the chipset number.

Find and install the Inf Update Utility:

These will apply to non-branded computers. For a branded computer like Dell, Gateway, etc., look up the downloads at the manufacturer's website. Some manufacturers have proprietry drivers (eg. Hewlett Packard) and the drivers are only available on the CD that came with the computer.

Once you have the drivers installed for the PCI system it should be detected. Good Luck
