Well, one of the first places individuals loose weight is in their chest. So if you do decide that you want to loose weight then you will most likely loose it in the chest area. Though, you will also loose weight in other areas as well. It's not bad loosing weight from the chest because you want to be well proportioned or else you may look weird. I personally think that if your happy with your weight and your living a healthy lifestyle then you shouldn't bother loosing weight. If all you eat is junkfood and you feel you need to loose this weight for yourself to gain more confidence, etc. then I would go ahead with loosing it. If you are going to drop a few pounds then I would just suggest cutting out some of the junkfood you are intaking but not cutting it out all together as everyone needs some sweets in their life! ;) I think you sound healthy at the weight you are though.

your profile says you are 14, so yes you should lose weight. I know high school boys base their wants on what the "cool" people like. So, I know it is superficial and all but guys telling you that you look good and not acting on is probably a crappy feeling. So tailor to their wants, you will feel hot and wanted then. When you get older guys start to appreciate thicker women so save that weight for then.

i am 5'9 and i weigh 120
i did weigh 160 and my bra size was a c too, i did go down around like from a 38 to a 34 but i am still a c cup
you don't need to loose any weight if you don't want to

If you like the way you look now, don't lose weight, but if you feel self conscious, then go ahead. It depends on how you feel about yourself and if you want to lose weight or not.

u no dont ask anybody do what u think is right for u...these days, noone can tell u what to do cause the beauty standards r totally different according to different ppl...i used to b extremely skinny and then i gained...but it maid my face look just **** cause of the fat on it..i v decided that i liked it skinny and when i decided to loose weight, everybody used to tell me i was crazy and i didnt have to ..but now that i lost, ppl think (especially guys lol) that i look super hot...so dont listen ppl will never tell u the truth cause they just dont no u and plus some can b even jealous...to me its hot to look like a model, to u it may be not...so listen to ur instinct
