How Much Is The Normal % Of CPU That My PC Should Use When It Is Running. I Have Only Firefox, Zone Alarm, Kaspersky Antivirus And TuneUp MemOptimizer Running.

with nothing major running I'd say under 5%
Even with firewalls, Virtual Drives, Anti Virus, and WindowBlinds, I'm running at about 4% usage.
When you first start up your system, it may be quite high as the system get's settled in, and during downlads of E-mail and such it may spike, but normal usage it will probabbly be under 5% - 10%

It requires 15% free space to do Disk Defragment!

Normally, when idle it should vary from 0-5%
