the teacher is just trying to prove a point of always being attentative to what you do and paying attnetion....its stupid but who doesn't get a bullsh** grade from their teachers

That's not really fair. I mean, maybe the teacher should have taken 20 points or so off of your test for making the mistake. You still would have learned your lesson, I think.

Unless of course you mean that you didn't pledge your test. The teacher might think you were cheating, in which case you would get a zero.

If the test was assessing your ability to write your name, or follow the directive to put your name on the test, then perhaps there is some merit to the action of the teacher. If the test was assessing some other set of skills or knowledge, then it could be construed as an invalid test, as the score does not accurately reflect your ability to demonstrate the skills purportedly measured by the test.

yes,our teacher's won't grade a paper without a name on it..You're in high school,you've been in school long enough to know that you have to put your name on the paper..Better luck next time

A friend of mine was asked to put his full given name on a test. Istead of Richard, he put Richie. AH DUH Yes he flunked the test too.
