I'm a lesbian trapped in a man's body! :-) (Sorry, had to say that, it's expected of those of use with testosterone poisoning.)
Approximately 10% of women are lesbians. And a significant proportion of the other 90% are bisexual, or at least bi-curious. So while finding partners may be a little harder, there are still a lot of them out there. Mostly it's a matter of finding them, as most of them don't have the word "lesbian" tatooed on their forehead. But quite a few of them do wear identifying clothing or jewlery, if you know what to look for.
I imagine the way to deal with it would be to find yourself a nice girlfriend and settle down. Meanwhile you need to come to terms with the fact that this is the way you are, it's not a 'life-style choice', and that there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. Given the existance of sperm-banks and adoption agencies, there's no reason you shouldn't be able to have a normal happy family life. Odds are you'll even be able to legally marry some time during your lifetime (sooner in some jurisdictions than in others).

hey girl i'm not a lesbian but i often think of women and look at porn with my husband it turn sme on, being a lesbian is nothing out of this world just do what you have to do and get on with it

ill tell u how to deal with it go out an shag as many women as u can get ur hands on thatll get you used to the idea or get urself a g/f and shag her silly every chance you get thats how i dealt with it and believe me it works a treat!!
