I would definitely prefer Clinton, the former. I would even prefer any President, prior to Bush. Anything is preferable to the dangerous mix of arrogance, imbecility, immorality, and sanctimony that our current Commander and Chief so skillfully embodies.

clinton 1 of the few prestands that did important stuff to the world after they lost office and bush is crazy hes not a good leader only a follower and hes a coward he wouldnt serve in the army he ran away.

Clinton was a lousy husband but a good President. Bush isn't good at anything.
