no, as of yet, they do not.
it is also quite doubtful they ever will.
it is very rare for a character to be in something other than the game they were originally in.
very rare.
some exceptions are the name cid, and the characters 'biggs and wedge' and also the appearances of cloud and aeris in final fantasy tactics

i did not mention kingdom hearts, because they are not an FF game, and the asker specifically asked for other FF games. however, they are closely linked, so the girl below me has a valid point in spotting the KH series
